It is absolutely possible that these ideas have already been claimed and described by others and are not perfectly novel. As I have described previously, unfortunately capitalism and having to justify our existence with labor makes learning everything we want to more challenging than it needs to be. While I want to cite sources and give credit when I am able, this information is also shared under duress with the world on fire due to others not knowing or thinking about these things enough. Our group has decided to focus on the education and advocacy for conditions that will make this kind of work more possible, rather than to get bogged down in the tedium that people who oppose us do not care about, cannot understand, and are actively trying to make more challenging to engage in. We are not up against good faith, empathic, adversaries, and so choices have to be made with how we spend our time. This meta approach is intentional, but we acknowledge the harm that can be caused by claiming credit for work that is not ours.
